Congratulations to the members of Nipmuc Drama for three outstanding performances of the spring musical, "Once on This Island". Directed by Mr. Nick LaPete and Musical Director Ann Marie Tremblay, the musical told the tale of a peasant girl, Ti Moune (played by Samantha Brower), who falls in love with a young aristocrat (played by Jesse Charpentier). The story focuses on the struggles faced by Ti Moune as she pursues the relationship despite the tampering of the four gods on the island played by Arianna Bonito, Meghan Clark, Jay Turner, and Matthew O'Brien.
The play featured standout performances from the entire cast. The singing, choreography, acting, and sets were an outstanding tribute to the hard work of the cast, crew, and directors.
