Morning Announcements
Come support Peer Leadership by coming to Dairy Queen in Milford between 5 - 8 p.m.  Ten percent of proceeds will benefit our club.

Yearbook information:  
  • The Nipmuc 2015 Yearbook Committee is currently taking orders from underclassmen (Seniors do not need to order a book if all class dues are paid.)  The cost of the yearbook is $50.  To place an order, please visit http://nipmucyearbook.weebly.com/yearbook-2015-info.html and click on the Josten's Service tab to place this order.  The 2015 yearbook will be available for distribution in late November 2015.
  • There is a limited number of 2014 yearbooks for sale for $50.  Please see Mr. Ferris or Mrs. Alibozek to purchase a book.
  • Attention Seniors:  All picture submissions for the class DVD must be done as soon as possible.  Don't miss out on being included on the DVD!  We are looking for one baby photo and group shots (past and present) of Nipmuc 2015 senior.
Applications for the Driver Education Classroom Program are available in the office and on the school website for the April classes.  Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 9:00 p.m. for 5 weeks starting April 28th.

Attention Sophomores!  Ring Dinner is Saturday, March 28th.  Class dues must be paid to go; both class dues and ticket forms can be found together on Sr. Moloney's teacher webpage, or check the Class of 2017 social medias to find the direct link.

Boys JV Volleyball begins on Monday, 3/16 at 2:00 in the gym.  Please bring your green card.

Bake Sale - On Tuesday, 3/17, there will be a bake sale held during both breaks to raise money for the Humane Society of the United States.  Stop by on Saint Patrick's Day and pick up a delicious treat while supporting a great cause.  Contact Kristen Denson with any questions.

Any students traveling to France and Spain during April vacation need to attend the pre-departure meeting on Wednesday, March 18th at 7 p.m. in Ms. Reardon's room 239.  Parents and students should attend.

Attention canned food drive organizers for NHS - See Mrs. Kyrka ASAP!  Bag drop off is this Saturday, 3/21.  Please sign up in room 217.

Seniors! Remember that in order to participate in any senior activities including senior trip, class dues must be paid in full.  Thank you.

VHS applications for the 2015-2016 school year are now available in the media center.  If you are interested in signing up for a VHS class for next year, please see your school counselor and then pick up an application from the media center.  All applications are due by April 10th.

Mrs. V.'s, Mrs. Tremblay's, and Ms. Keough's advisory groups are coordinating a donation campaign from March 4th - March 20th for the Mendon Senior Center.  The senior center is in need of anti-bacterial soaps and anti-bacterial wipes, detergents, bathroom cleaners, and other household products.  Donation boxes are in the media center, room 235, and room 300.  Items will be delivered on March 23rd.

School Counseling Center Announcements
A reminder to Seniors:  Please bring your decision letters to the School Counseling Center. Also, remember to check Naviance regularly for scholarship information and see Mrs. Hefez if you have any questions. As a note, all scholarships available are posted there. Lots of great opportunities!
Also, for students interested in college visits, you will find open house dates in Naviance.

A representative from Quinsigamond Community College will be at Nipmuc on Friday, March 27th for decision day. Please stop by for information and to sign up!
Peer Leadership registration sheets for Boston Youth Congress are available in the Counseling Center.

Mendon Junior boys who are interested in applying for Boy’s State may stop by the Counseling Center for information.
Dunkin Donuts will be holding a job fair for all positions on Wednesday, March 18th from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at 117 West Central Street, Natick, MA.
Many colleges are offering summer courses! If this is something you may be interested in, there are several brochures for you to read in the counseling center. Please stop by to see what’s available.
