Morning Announcements

Need service hours?  There are lots of empty white sign-up sheets in room 217 just waiting to be filled!  Come volunteer!

Attention to all students interested in being a part of Voices of Nipmuc - Deadline to submit your application is Monday, 9/28.

New part-time jobs available.  Stop by room 230 for more information.  The 21st Learning Center can also assist with career planning and resume writing.

Any sophomore or junior interested in traveling to Spain during April 2017 vacation - please stop by Ms. Reardon's room 239 to get information.  It's going to be a great trip - so get your information today!

Parking Permits - Please be aware that if you do not have a parking permit, you will no longer be allowed to park on school property.  Please note - Parking permits are still available and can be purchased through the office.

Attention All Student Council Members - Our first meeting is tonight, Tuesday - 9/22, at 6:30 - 8:30 in the cafeteria.  Bring $3 if you want pizza!

The Annual Color Run will be in Providence on Sunday, September 27th.  Sign up with your friends to walk or run on team "Nipmuc Warriors" for the 9:30 a.m. wave -  http://thecolorrun.com/providence/ or see Student Council President Ibby DesRoches for more information. 

World Challenge is running a two-week expedition to Belize in July 2016.  Any students interested in signing up should attend our informational meeting on Thursday, September 24th from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Nipmuc Auditorium.  Bring your parents and get your questions answered!

Interested in a career in nursing or the medical field?  Want to give back to the community through youth service projects?  Join Nipmuc's new American Red Cross Club at the Club Fair on Friday, September 25th.  For more information, contact Senior Sarah Tong - tongs16@student.mursd.org.

DECA Cookout, Friday, 9/25 - Purchase of ticket includes 2 hamburgers, 2 hot dogs, or one of each, and ice cream!  Buy your tickets in the cafeteria and school store.  Cafeteria will not be serving lunch on Friday. Price of tickets is $6 in advance or $7 day of.
