Morning Announcements
Congratulations to the Nipmuc Lab Band and the Nipmuc Jazz Ensemble who participated in the Central District MAJE Jazz Festival on Wednesday. The Lab Band received a Bronze Medal with outstanding musician awards gong to Michael Davidshofer, Dean Sheehan, and Kyle Bernero. The Jazz Ensemble received a Gold Medal, with outstanding musician awards going to Megan Mathieson, Eoin O'Connell, and Aiden Thieme. With their Gold Medal rating, Jazz Ensemble will be participating in the MAJE State Finals on March 22nd in Framingham.
Next week is Pi week! Tuesday - Thursday of next week - bring in a canned good or make a donation to a food pantry for a Table Talk pie in honor of Pi week.
VHS applications for the 2015-2016 school year are now available in the media center. If you are interested in signing up for a VHS class for next year, please see your school counselor and then pick up an application from the media center. All applications are due by April 10th.
Attention all girls planning to play soccer in the fall: There is a meeting after school on Wednesday, 3/11 at 2:30 in the cafeteria.
Interested in playing JV Boys' volleyball? Sign up in the office. An informational meeting will be held on Monday, March 9th at 6 p.m.
The Media Center will be closed after school today - Wednesday, 3/4.
Mrs. V's & Mrs. Keough's Advisory groups are coordinating a donation campaign from March 4th - March 20th for the Mendon Senior Center. The senior center is in need of anti-bacterial wipes, detergents, bathroom cleaners, and other household cleaners. Donation boxes are in the media center, room 235 and room 300. Items will be delivered on March 23rd.
Attention Sophomores! Class ring ceremony and dinner is Saturday, March 28th. Class dues must be paid to attend. Both class dues and ticket forms can be found together on Sra. Moloney's teacher webpage, or check the Class of 2017 social media to find the direct link.
NHS meeting - Thursday, March 5th at 7 a.m. in the auditorium. Induction is Thursday night!
The Northbridge/Nipmuc Hockey Team will play Nashoba at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, 5/4, in the second round of the playoffs. Game will be played at New England Sports Center. Come and support the team!
Attention Seniors! Remember than in order to participate in any of the senior activities, including senior trip, class dues must be paid in full.
Need NHS service hours? See Ms. Waterman in room 338 if you can help out with AP Science mock exams on Saturday, 3/21/15.

School Counseling Center Announcements
Students who will be taking AP exams: Please bring your payments for each exam you will be taking to the School Counseling Center. The fee is $91 per exam. Payment for the exams must be paid in full by March 20th. If you have any questions regarding payment, please see Ms. Larracey.
Juniors - You will soon begin meeting with counselors for course selections for your senior year. As a reminder: Make sure that you have reviewed your teacher recommendations in iPass with your parents before choosing your classes.
